Panayotis Kravvaris

 

Born in Ioannina, Greece. He graduated with a psychology degree from Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences in Athens, and later studied film making in APA International Film School in Sydney and Central Institute of Technology in Perth, Australia, under a scholarship from the Greek Scholarships Foundation (I.K.Y.). He specialised in cinematography.

 

He has been a member of the teaching staff of the Film Studies department of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and of the public IVT of Kifissia, Athens.  He has been the curator of the municipal cinema of Ioannina for 4 years (2011-2015).

 

He also works as an assistant director, cinematographer and camera operator in film and tv productions since 2009.
